We have employed a “total triage system” since early in the COVID pandemic. This has meant we have used telephone calls first to triage who can safely be seen in the Practice.
From 6th September, we will cautiously be opening up to pre-bookable telephone and face-to-face appointments.
Our waiting room is very small and we may ask you to wait outside if it is full. Please bear with us as we work out how best to accommodate everyone whilst still protecting our staff and our vulnerable populations. If you can do a lateral flow test before visiting the surgery that would be of help.
We still ask that you wear a face covering and that you do not attend if you have any symptoms of coronavirus infection:
- Temperature
- Persistent cough
- Loss of taste or smell
