If you wish to access your patient record online you can:
- Request this via our online form Register for Online Services and then come in during our opening times Opening Hours to show your ID
- Fill out a paper printed form via reception and bring in your ID at the same time
Many of our patients already have access via NHS apps and online and there will be no change to this service. All patients can opt out now or in the future if they wish.
From 1 November 2023 all our patients will be able to see everything added to their medical record including notes from their appointments, letters and results.
