Information is not passed on without your consent unless it is within the confines of the NHS where your health need may determine that your health information is shared with another healthcare professional, by legal framework, or is in the public interest. Certain anonymised patient data may be shared for the purposes of public health and audit, research, teaching and training. This practice is registered under the Data Protection Act. It is a practice and legal requirement that all staff maintain confidentiality of patients' records.

You have the right to see your records if you wish. Please put your request in writing to the practice manager, Gary Toyne, at this address. In some circumstances a fee may be payable.
